Use this workflow to set up and operate an organization.

Recommended order

1. Create the organization.

2. Choose public or private access.

3. Add the logo and banner.

4. Set the join method.

5. Add admins and members.

6. Create custom fields when needed.

7. Assign courses and learning sets.

8. Create tasks, events, and announcements.

9. Review member progress and organization activity.

10. Review storage and access as the organization grows.

Use clear roles. Give each admin only the permissions that they need.
