Public organization pages and usernames

A public organization can have a public page and username.

Public page

The page can show the organization name, logo, banner, verification status, parent path, courses, sets, tasks, announcements, events, and child organizations that you can access.

Username rules

Public organizations need a valid username. The username must meet the displayed length and character rules and cannot be only numbers.

Private organizations do not need a public username.

  • Create a public or private organization

  • Add an organization banner

  • Manage organization content access
