Members, admins, owners, and alumni

Organization access can include different member states and roles.

  • Member can use the organization content allowed by access rules.

  • Admin can manage the organization features allowed by admin permissions.

  • Owner has the highest organization ownership protection.

  • Alumni is a former or inactive membership state shown by the organization member tools.

A custom role can add selected permissions without changing ownership.
