Join an organization with a code

Use a current join code when an organization allows code-based joining.

Steps

1. Open the join-organization action.

2. Enter the organization code.

3. Review the organization name.

4. Confirm that you want to join.

5. Open the organization page.

The code can be disabled or regenerated by an organization admin. A new code can make the old code invalid.

If the code fails

• Check every character.

• Ask an admin for the current code.

• Check that you are not already a member.

• Ask the admin whether the organization now uses invitations.
