How to add an organization banner: recommended dimensions and file limits

Organization admins can add one banner image to the organization page.

Steps

  1. Open the organization.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Open Organization Profile.

  4. Open Profile Images.

  5. Find Organization Banner.

  6. Drag in one image or select one image from your device.

  7. Wait for the upload to finish.

Upload a replacement to replace the current banner. Use the delete control to remove the banner.

  • Use 2560 × 1440 pixels when possible.

  • Use a 16:9 landscape image.

  • Keep logos, faces, and text near the center.

  • Keep important details away from the edges.

  • Use high contrast because text and overlays appear on the image.

The page and organization cards use cover-style cropping. The image can look different on different screen sizes.

File limits

The upload flow accepts image files and optimizes common images. The server checks dimensions and file size. A source image can be rejected when it is too large, when the processed WebP is too large, or when organization storage is full.
