Why task progress or grades are missing

Task progress and grades depend on the task type, the submission state, and the review flow used by the organization.

Check the task first

  1. Open Tasks.

  2. Check Upcoming, Overdue, and Completed.

  3. Open the task.

  4. Read the task status and submission status.

  5. Check whether the task requires a separate submission or review.

Some tasks show completion without a score. Flashcard, Slides, audio, video, and other content tasks can use activity or completion rules. A manager must grade tasks that use manual review.

If a grade is missing

  • Confirm that you submitted the work.

  • Check whether the manager returned the work for another attempt.

  • Check whether the task uses points, percentage, or a rubric.

  • Ask the organization manager to review the submission when the task requires manual grading.

Practice tracking is under construction, so some progress views can be limited.

  • Submit work and resume later

  • Review, grade, regrade, reject, or return submissions

  • View grades, averages, and progress

  • Practice task goals and progress
