Contact support for account access, sign-in, organization access, billing or plan questions, and product problems.

Prepare your request

Include the email address for the account, the feature name, the steps that you took, and the error message. Include your device and browser or app version when the issue is technical.

Never send your password, recovery codes, or payment card details in a support request.

Choose a support route

  1. Open the Help Center.

  2. Choose Contact support for an account or product problem.

  3. Choose Contact Us when you need the direct email route shown in the app.

  4. Submit the request with the required details.
