Personal Drive versus organization Drive

Drive can show personal media and media owned by an organization.

Choose an owner

1. Open Drive.

2. Open the owner selector.

3. Choose Personal or an organization.

4. Review the media list and storage meter.

Organization media appears only when your organization access allows it. The owner controls the storage scope and access rules.
