Share, delete, and manage media storage

Use Drive selection actions to manage media that you own or can manage.

Share media

  1. Select one or more items.

  2. Choose Share.

  3. Choose the supported share method.

  4. Review the destination.

Delete media

  1. Select the items.

  2. Choose Delete.

  3. Review the confirmation.

  4. Confirm only when you no longer need the media.

Deletion can affect sets, tasks, chat messages, and organization content that uses the item.

  • Organization storage versus personal storage

  • Create a set from existing media
