Browse and manage Drive media

Drive is the media library for accessible personal and organization files.

Find media

1. Open Drive.

2. Choose personal or organization ownership.

3. Filter by images, PDFs, audio, video, embeds, or another available type.

4. Filter by source when you need uploads, organization media, chat media, or shared media.

5. Open an item to preview it.

Manage media

1. Select one item or select multiple items.

2. Choose Share or Delete.

3. Confirm the action.

You can use media that you own or manage to create a learning set. Organization media requires the required organization access.

If an item is missing

Check the owner, source filter, organization access, and whether the linked file is still shared. An unavailable or unshared source might not appear.
