Reorder, draw on, and export notebook pages

Use the notebook editor to manage pages and drawings.

Page actions

  • Add a page.

  • Select a page.

  • Reorder pages.

  • Delete pages.

  • Export selected pages as a PDF.

Drawing tools

Use the pen, highlighter, and eraser. Change the pen color and size. Use undo, redo, zoom, and pen-only mode when available.

Save page changes before you leave the notebook.

  • Create notebooks, import files, and scan pages

  • Device-only notebooks versus cloud notebooks

  • Troubleshoot document or notebook sync
