Share a set or open it in a new tab

Public and shared learning sets can provide actions for sharing or opening the set in a separate tab.

Open a set in a new tab

1. Open the set or the set action menu.

2. Select In a new tab or Open editor in new tab.

3. Continue the work in the new browser tab.

The label can change for a folder or for a set that you are editing.

Share a public set

1. Open the set information panel.

2. Select Share.

3. Use the device share sheet when it is available.

4. Otherwise, copy the set link and send it through your preferred channel.

Only share content that you have permission to share. A private set does not become public because you copy its link.

If an action is missing

• Check the set visibility and your access level.

• Open the set from its owner or organization library.

• Sign in if the action requires an account.

• Ask the owner to change access when you need to share a private set.
