Change set visibility and access

Change access when the audience for a set changes.

Steps

1. Open Creator Studio.

2. Select the set.

3. Open set settings.

4. Choose the new access setting.

5. Review the audience message.

6. Save the change.

Available settings can include Private, Course Assignment, Public Internally, Public, Plus, and Ultra.

Changing access can make a set disappear from a course, organization, or public search. Check linked tasks after the change.
