Announcement notifications and unread badges

Announcements can show an unread badge and can send notifications when notifications are enabled.

Check an announcement

1. Open Announcements.

2. Open the item with the unread badge.

3. Read the details.

4. Mark it as read.

If you do not receive a notification

• Check Account & Settings → Notifications.

• Check the device system permission.

• Check that you are still a member of the organization.

• Open Announcements directly to review unread items.
