Calendar displays event times using the calendar and visitor context.

All-day events

Turn on All day when an event does not have a start and end time during one day.

Time zones

Review the time zone shown when you create or edit an event. Appointment visitors can provide their time zone. The scheduler uses the selected time zone and availability rules to show booking times.

Tell invitees the intended time zone when the event crosses regions.

  • Create, edit, and delete calendar events

  • Create an appointment scheduling page

  • Book or cancel an appointment
