Send attachments and understand the eight-file limit
Chat messages can include text, images, PDFs, GIFs, Drive files, and bizybear media when the conversation allows them.
Steps
Open a conversation.
Select the attachment control.
Choose a supported file, Drive item, or bizybear media item.
Review the attachment list.
Send the message.
One message can contain up to eight attachments. If you choose more, remove items until the message meets the limit.
