Block, unblock, and report users

Use chat safety controls when a user sends unwanted or harmful content.

Block a user

  1. Open the user or conversation details.

  2. Select Block.

  3. Confirm the action.

Unblock a user

  1. Open Account or chat safety settings.

  2. Open blocked users.

  3. Select the user.

  4. Choose Unblock.

Report

Open the message or user action menu and choose Report. Include enough information for the team to review the problem.

  • Start a direct, group, organization, or course conversation

  • Drafts, copying, reactions, and custom emoji

  • Contact support
