Rename a group conversation

Eligible group conversations can have a custom name.

Steps

  1. Open the group conversation.

  2. Open the group details.

  3. Select the group name.

  4. Enter a clear name.

  5. Save the change.

Some direct, organization, and course conversations use a fixed name and cannot be renamed.

  • Start a direct, group, organization, or course conversation

  • Add members to an eligible group

  • View conversation members and organization identity
