Use bizybear on iPhone, iPad, and supported mobile apps

The bizybear app provides access to Study Hub, your organization, and shared work on iPhone and iPad.

Install the app

  1. Open the bizybear download page.

  2. Select Download for iOS / iPadOS.

  3. Install the app from the App Store.

  4. Sign in with your existing bizybear account.

You can also open the App Store listing directly or scan the QR code on the download page.

Use Study Importer with Safari on iPhone or iPad

Safari on iPhone and iPad uses the bizybear app for the supported Study Importer flow. Safari on MacBook is not supported by the current importer page.

If a mobile feature is missing

  • Update the app from the App Store.

  • Check that you are signed in to the correct account.

  • Check the device connection.

  • Try the same action on the web app when the feature is not available on mobile.

  • Contact support with the device type, app version, and the action that failed.

  • Study Importer browser support and setup

  • Why notifications are unavailable on iOS Safari

  • Fix Bluetooth or NFC permission problems

  • Choose Auto, iOS, or Android appearance
