PDF to Markdown converts PDF content into editable Markdown for reuse.

Convert a PDF

1. Open Apps.

2. Install PDF to Markdown if needed.

3. Select Open.

4. Choose a PDF file.

5. Start the conversion.

6. Review the Markdown output.

7. Save or copy the output to the destination that you need.

Review the output before you publish or assign it. PDF layout, scanned pages, tables, images, and unusual fonts can change during conversion.

If the output is not correct

• Check that the PDF opens normally.

• Try a text-based PDF instead of a scanned image-only PDF.

• Review headings, lists, tables, and links after conversion.

• Copy important content into a document and correct it before sharing.
