Google Slides permissions and importing presentations

Slide sets can use one Google Slides presentation from a connected Drive account.

Steps

  1. Connect the Google Drive account that owns or can access the presentation.

  2. Open a slide-set editor.

  3. Choose Google Slides.

  4. Select one presentation.

  5. Review the slide list.

  6. Save the slide set.

The presentation must be available to the selected Google account. Some workflows change presentation sharing so the slides can be read by the viewer. Review the sharing permission before you use sensitive material.

  • Build slide sets from images, PDFs, or Google Slides

  • Select Drive files with the file picker

  • Why an unavailable or unshared Drive file does not appear
