Report a bizybear bug or issue

Use the bug or issue form when a feature does not work as expected.

Before you report the issue

1. Try the action one more time.

2. Note the exact screen and button that you used.

3. Note what you expected to happen.

4. Note what happened instead.

5. Record the device, browser, or app version.

6. Save the error text or a safe screenshot.

Submit the report

1. Open the Help Center.

2. Select Report a bug or issue.

3. Complete the form with the steps and device details.

4. Add only the minimum private content needed to explain the issue.

5. Submit the report.

Do not include your password, security codes, or private access tokens.
