Tasks: Attendance, Assignments, & Tests
Tasks: Attendance, Assignments, & Tests
Tasks allow you to assign work to members and track completion. Tasks are automatically grouped into:
Upcoming (not yet due)
Overdue (past the due date and still incomplete)
Completed (finished by the member)

To create a new task:
Open the Tasks area in your organization.
Click Create.
Fill in the basic details:
Task name
Description or instructions
Due date and optional time
Choose the Task Type, such as:
Attendance check
In-person paper submission
File or cloud submission
Flashcards assignment
Practice (Multiple-choice questions)
Test/Exam
(Optional) Attach Incrementable Data so that, when a member completes the task, their points/strikes/hours update automatically.
(Optional) Attach the task to a Pathway so it appears as part of a structured sequence of activities.
Tasks are perfect for:
Marking attendance at meetings and events
Collecting assignments or forms
Running quizzes and tests directly inside Bizybear
Rewarding participation with points or other incremental values
Task Example â Attendance
For attendance, you can configure a task so members:
Enter a completion code at the meeting
Submit their response through the app before the due time
On your end, bizybear also gives the ability to broadcast the check-in with bluetooth or assign check-in with an NFC tag.
For bluetooth, simply click the Broadcast button to allow members to check-in with the Check-in button, maximizing efficiency
For NFC tags, select the Write Check-in link to NFC and bring the NFC tag near your phone to scan and assign the tag a function
When the task is created:
It appears in the memberâÂÂs Tasks tab.
On the management side, selecting the task shows:
A list of Completed members
A list of Uncompleted members
Quick-copy buttons so you can copy names for use in spreadsheets, emails, or reports
This makes taking attendance for meetings, practices, or events fast and fully digital.

Task Example â Tests & Test Versions
For tests and quizzes, OneOrganization supports test versions to reduce cheating and keep questions secure.
When creating a Test task, you can:
Pull different numbers of questions from one or more question banks
Choose how questions are ordered (randomly or in the order they appear)
Restrict test versions using:
An auto-generated code, or
Another rule you define
Set a time limit (in minutes)
Allow or disallow multiple attempts for different test versions
Once the test is published:
It appears in the memberâÂÂs Tasks tab as a locked test until it is started.
Members answer questions and submit directly through Bizybear.

For each test:
You can view all test versions and the keys/codes that grant access.

Clicking a memberâÂÂs name in the results view shows their score and the time spent on the test.
