Competitors complete an individual objective test, report, and presentation that assess knowledge and skills in Business Law, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Professional Development. The event covers a comprehensive set of ethical and professional competencies, from demonstrating integrity, fairness, and cultural sensitivity to developing leadership and problem-solving skills. Participants are evaluated on their understanding of ethical decision-making and ability to resolve ethical dilemmas responsibly and effectively.</p>
